On the inside, the building is composed by the private block of the bedrooms and the social block that includes the living room, library and kitchen.
On the outside, there's a concrete surface that follows the building development and that will be used as an extension of the living room, creating an exterior platform that will also have independent shading devices.
The social volume imposes itself as an independent element due to its height, while the private part of the building will be externally cladded with wood panels.
