The building proposed for the Environmental Monitoring Centre is composed by two elements momentarily overlapped creating a common articulation area. The resulting geometry generates the conceptual idea for the project.
As constructed elements are imposed upon natural elements, some rules are inverted resulting on more organic and fluid constructed elements.
