This proposal refers to a 47ha urban planning design where we aimed to create an urban identity in consistency with the sustainable development of the area.
Amongst other aspects, the pedestrian and cycling paths would permeate the entire site, retail and office buildings would not be farther than a 25 minutes walk, and the north-south orientation for the buildings was preferred.
