The main idea for this project is the separation of the built volume into two distinct blocks linked by a glass element. As each block holds different functions, they also present different materials.
The social block is lighter and opens itself to the exterior while the private block of the bedrooms has a darker colour, stronger texture and closes upon itself.
The glass element linking the blocks holds the staircase for the upper level.
